The HDPE Pipe Traction Machine, also known as a haul-off or puller unit, is an essential component of an HDPE pipe extrusion line. It is designed to continuously pull the extruded pipe from the cooling tank at a controlled and synchronized speed, ensuring uniform wall thickness, accurate dimensions, and smooth production flow.

This machine is built with heavy-duty caterpillar belts or rubber tracks that firmly grip the pipe without causing surface damage. The traction speed is precisely controlled through an AC drive or servo system, allowing smooth synchronization with the extruder output for stable and consistent pipe production.
